📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional e-commerce support to Portuguese-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. • Troubleshoot and resolve various customer issues concerning orders, payments, and product information efficiently. • Guide customers through the online shopping process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services continuously. • Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and share best practices for customer service. • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively. • Experience in e-commerce support or a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential. • Technical proficiency in navigating online platforms and troubleshooting issues. • A self-directed individual who can work independently in a remote work environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • A friendly attitude with a strong commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
