🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in both Flemish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • A background in soft sales or customer service, demonstrating an ability to foster customer relationships. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and empathize with customers effectively. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, while maintaining high productivity in a remote environment. • Proficient in the use of digital communication platforms and customer relationship management tools. • A genuine commitment to meeting client needs and ensuring a positive customer experience. • Residence in Bulgaria to support effective collaboration within the team.
