• Deliver high-quality social media support to German-speaking users, ensuring quick and effective responses to inquiries and concerns. • Craft engaging content that resonates with our audience, encouraging interaction and community building. • Monitor social media channels and respond proactively to customer feedback and discussions. • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication strategies. • Contribute to the growth and engagement of our online community across various social platforms. • Stay updated on emerging social media trends to enhance customer engagement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is a must. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong passion for social media and eagerness to engage with customers. • Previous experience in customer support or social media is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset when dealing with challenges. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships. • Your nationality and native language should be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
