• Write long-form and short-form content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and web pages. • Produce copy for ads, email campaigns, and sales collateral. • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and tone. • Research keywords and incorporate SEO best practices into writing. • Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize for search intent and ranking. • Update existing content to maintain freshness and relevance. • Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, competitors, and trends. • Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) for thought leadership content. • Translate complex topics into clear, engaging copy. • Proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency. • Ensure deliverables are accurate, plagiarism-free, and error-free. • Maintain content calendars and deliver work on time. • Work with designers, marketers, and sales teams to align copy with visuals and campaigns. • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into revisions while maintaining brand integrity. • Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and SEO rankings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years professional writing or copywriting experience. • Portfolio of content across multiple formats (blogs, web copy, ads, collateral). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. • Strong research and editing skills. • Background writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services. • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope). • Experience writing conversion-focused copy (ads, landing pages, email sequences). • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
