📋 Description

• Own the delivery system across the business, including intake, coordination, visibility, prioritisation support, and escalation • Ensure every project enters with a clear, complete brief and named owner • Maintain a single, trusted, centralised view of every project in ClickUp • Support leadership dialogue on prioritisation and bottleneck management • Prepare portfolio views and facilitate prioritisation sessions that produce force-ranked lists and logged de-prioritisation decisions • Identify blockers and stalling tasks early, flag them to responsible line managers, and escalate unresolved issues to the COO • Maintain cross-functional alignment on project deliverables and timelines • Build relationships and encourage collaboration and buy-in across the organisation • Actively coordinate the highest-priority projects hands-on • Steward AI-assisted intake and reporting capabilities • Turn ClickUp data into business reports and dashboards • Refine the delivery framework and ClickUp workspace through continuous pragmatic improvement • Report to the COO • Measure and improve early risk surfacing, trusted visibility, escalation effectiveness, prioritisation clarity, and intake quality

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience delivering and coordinating complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in fintech, payments, or another regulated, partner-dependent environment • Track record of bringing order to ambiguity, standing up ways of working, driving adoption, and holding discipline without formal authority • Fluency with ClickUp or a comparable platform and Slack • Confidence with Google Workspace • AI-native working approach, including use of tools like Claude to reduce manual effort without replacing judgement • Experience delivering merchant integrations, client onboarding, or API implementation projects is highly desirable • Experience across multiple African markets is a plus • Relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or Scrum is welcome but secondary to demonstrated ability • Exceptional stakeholder management and influence without authority • Strong cross-functional coordination • Sharp risk anticipation and problem-solving • Clear, credible communication with specialists and executive teams • Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment • Genuine bias toward ownership and proportionate processes
