• Ensure defined release process maps are followed and executed effectively • Collaborate with Product & Technology and Operations teams to manage release activities • Track and report release readiness, execution progress, and post-release outcomes • Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies affecting release success • Assess release impacts on frontline teams and prepare them for change • Ensure clients are informed, trained, and prepared for system and process updates • Partner with Implementation, Client Services, and Operations support teams to address client needs • Coordinate user acceptance testing and gather internal and client feedback • Develop client-facing readiness materials, including FAQs, guides, webinars, and training sessions • Liaise between technical and non-technical teams to support client transitions • Develop and distribute communications about upcoming changes • Partner with Training teams to create and deliver training materials and sessions • Maintain release documentation, FAQs, and support guides • Conduct post-release evaluations and improve future processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field • 2 years of experience in change management or equivalent experience leading cross-functional projects • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward • Curiosity and adaptability, with willingness to solicit feedback and address challenges • Ability to document observations, risks, and concerns and translate them into actionable recommendations • Experience working with Sales, Implementation, Client Services, GTM, Tax Operations, and Tech Operations stakeholders • Ability to drive operational-readiness conversations with Sales, Operations, and Product teams • Knowledge of internal client service experiences • Strong presentation skills and ability to summarize work and next steps clearly • Relationship-building and networking ability • High accountability and autonomy • Ability to analyze and solve complex operational problems using data-driven approaches • Understanding of project management concepts, release management, and agile methodology • Knowledge of product development processes, customer experience, Client Services, and Implementation operations • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
