• Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and aligns with the company's strategic objectives. • Lead the charge in identifying and prioritizing new product features, backed by robust market research and data analysis. • Bridge the gap between departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across teams. • Execute the strategic product roadmap by translating high-level initiatives into concrete, actionable tasks for the development team. • Curate and prioritize our product backlog based on customer needs and strategic imperatives. • Effectively communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering valuable feedback along the way. • Work hand-in-hand with QA teams to maintain the highest quality standards for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment. • Strong understanding of the gift and loyalty industry and market trends. • Experience with payments, retail technology, or POS systems is a strong asset. • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed, data driven decisions. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to turn a vision into a series of backlog items, and know how to sequence the work to maximize value for users. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing all kinds of stakeholders, from peers, team members, external clients, and everything in between. • Experience with product discovery and user research to inform product decisions • Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or similar • Bilingual in English and French • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
