• 5+ years of experience leveraging creative technologies, with a proven passion for innovation and design that moves people; experience with generative AI is an advantage. • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse teams. • A strong portfolio that highlights world-class creative solutions across a variety of challenges and mediums. • Versatility across multiple design disciplines, including experiential, brand/visual, print, digital, and video. • Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with creatives, marketers, and cross-functional teams. • Proactive and adaptable, able to balance autonomy with teamwork in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • User-focused mindset, designing with empathy and intent to create meaningful experiences that serve real people. • Collaborative by nature, comfortable partnering with developers, writers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional creative outcomes.
