📋 Description

• Technical design and architecture of the paywise IT landscape from the initial concept through customer feedback • Development of our Python/Django-based platform for digital debt management • Building and leading a development team with a focus on continuous innovation • Integration of AI solutions to automate document processing and workflows • Optimization and further development of our digital processes for debt collection • Management of the technical aspects of our legal services processes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Python and the Django framework • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (experience with modern frontend frameworks is a plus) • Practical experience with AI tools and automated document processing • Experience in solution architecture for complex finance and process systems • Proactive approach to process optimization and technical innovation • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
