📋 Description

• You take technical ownership of mobile and backend projects together with architects and product owners. • You ensure architecture decisions are implemented correctly and that the team stays technically on track. • You ensure code quality, testability and structure — while keeping a practical focus. • You actively develop in Flutter and a modern backend stack (e.g., .NET or Node.js), taking technical responsibility within the project. • You design APIs, integrations and data flows between the app, backend and cloud environment. • You support your team through code reviews, pair programming and technical sparring. • You work closely with QA to ensure quality in the project context and to identify technical dependencies early. • You contribute to CI/CD and deployment automation to ensure smooth processes. • You ensure scalable, maintainable setups — or want to develop further in this area. • You think in end-to-end architectures — from the app to production cloud infrastructure. • You translate technical concepts into actionable tasks and work directly with clients and stakeholders. • You contribute your own ideas when better approaches arise — in the interests of quality, maintainability and efficiency. • You support product owners and architects in technical decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a software developer and solid knowledge of Flutter as well as at least one modern backend stack (e.g., .NET, Node.js or equivalent). • Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS and/or GCP), CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions) and ideally Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform). • Enjoy taking overall technical responsibility — from software architecture through development to release. • Good understanding of modern software architectures, API design and deployment automation. • Experience in the technical leadership of teams with a focus on code quality, delivery and collaboration. • Interest in combining mobile, backend and cloud technologies. • German at a minimum C1 level for confident communication in daily project work.
