📋 Description

• You will work with us on developing and implementing online marketing campaigns, both for organic and paid initiatives (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). • You will create and optimize copy, creatives, and ads for our organic and paid channels. • You research relevant keywords and topics, keep an eye on current trends, and contribute your own ideas for content and search advertising (SEA) measures. • You also support us in planning, running, and evaluating campaigns and analyze metrics such as click-through rate, CPC, and conversion rate. • To help expand our reach, you research suitable partners and influencers (e.g., bloggers or journalists) and get in contact with them.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Portuguese (spoken and written), plus very good German or English skills • Affinity for marketing, enjoyment working with text and imagery, and a high level of creativity and initiative • Initial experience with online marketing is a plus • Eagerness for practical, hands-on training and building specialized expertise • You are available at least 10 hours per week
