• Seeking motivated and results-driven Insurance Tele-Sales Agents. • Interact with prospective and existing customers via phone. • Promote, sell, and explain insurance policies that best meet their needs. • Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. • Document customer interactions, transactions, and policy details in the system. • Absorb added information and adapt to new processes rapidly. • Responsible for maintaining book of business and exceptional customer care. • Responsible for renewing the book of business during subsequent AEPs.
• 2 recent years’ experience in selling MAPD and Medicare Supplement plans required. • Minimum of 1 year working in tele-sales / call center environment. • Broker model experience. • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. • Persuasive negotiation and ability to overcome objections. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. • Desire to learn, ability to self-study, and a drive to succeed. • Basic computer skills required. • Must have own equipment – computer, headset, ethernet and camera • Self-starter • Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus but not required. • Active Resident Health Insurance License. • 15+ non-resident state licenses preferred. • 2025 AHIP Completed (certificate may be requested during interview process). • Knowledge of Contracting restrictions as related to carriers and/or previous employers (Release documentation required for candidates previously sponsored by carriers).
