• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients (trusts and SMEs). • Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. • Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and other ATO-related requirements. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting. • Collaborate with accountants and business owners to ensure compliance and financial accuracy. • Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting requirements.
• Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in Australian accounting. • Proficient in Xero (Xero certification highly preferred). • Strong understanding of ATO requirements and compliance processes. • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts. • Experience working with accounting firms or trust entities. • Exposure to senior accounting tasks or financial analysis.
