• **What You'll Be Doing** • - Launch and grow Pear Tree's UK market from day one • - Convert inbound opportunities into long-term client partnerships • - Build relationships with founders, executives, and business owners across the UK • - Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral channels • - Design scalable sales processes and a repeatable go-to-market strategy • - Recruit, train, and lead future UK team members as the business grows • - Represent Pear Tree within the UK business community • *Note: this is not a recruiting or delivery role — your focus is commercial growth.*
