Process Documentation & Standardization (25%)** • - Document workflows and create meticulous SOPs. • - Standardize validation procedures and recurring workflows. • - Maintain internal documentation, reports, and operational dashboards. • **3. Process Optimization & Analysis (20%)** • - Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks. • - Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements. • - Implement small-scale enhancements to increase consistency and reliability. • **4. Scaling & Automation Initiatives (15%)** • - Support system configuration and onboarding processes. • - Identify repetitive tasks eligible for automation. • - Collaborate with technical teams on low-code/no-code workflow automation.
• **Must-Haves (Required)** • - 5+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, data management, or similar process-driven roles. • - Exceptional attention to detail with extremely high accuracy. • - Strong organizational and time management skills. • - Comfortable with repetitive, systematic work. • - Process-first mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies. • - Excellent written communication for documentation and cross-functional work. • - Highly reliable and self-motivated in a remote setting. • - Comfortable using and learning tools like Google Workspace, databases, project management systems, and workflow tools. • **Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)** • - Experience in process automation or working with engineering teams. • - Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data management systems. • - Background in SaaS operations, real estate tech, or homebuilding. • - Experience using Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar systems. • - Prior experience with customer data migration or implementation support. • - Exposure to support platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, or Front.
