📋 Description

• Manage large and complex client projects from start to finish using the standard PMO project management process • Lead end-to-end delivery of hybrid cloud, data modernization, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives • Work closely with the PMO Manager and practice leads to develop standards, templates, and processes • Assist the PMO Manager with team meetings and management tasks as a backup • Assist with RFP responses and PMO presales activities • Lead complex enterprise technology programs focused on cloud transformation, data platform modernization, analytics, AI readiness, and hybrid infrastructure • Partner with clients, technical architects, engineers, analysts, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes • Manage multiple projects within larger programs, including interdependencies, multiple technologies, and stakeholders • Influence PMO strategy and project management team capabilities • Leverage capabilities across practice areas for large and complex customer project opportunities • Mentor team members with an emphasis on team success • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years related project and program management experience within technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments • 5+ years leading Agile software, cloud, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations exceeding $500K in project value • Strong project management skills, including planning, communication, issue tracking, and dependency management • Ethical and critical thinking • Ability to adhere to and leverage PMO best practices and recognized project management frameworks such as PMBoK • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery methodologies • Basic technical knowledge of Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Application Development, migration, and modernization projects • Understanding of technical terminology and implementation methods • Project management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and delegation skills • Ability to function in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment • Periodic travel may be required depending on client requirements • Bachelor's degree (preferred) • PMP, CSM, and PgMP or equivalent (preferred)
