📋 Description

• Leadership over multi-pillar and single-pillar Oracle transformation engagements • Partnering with executives to understand business challenges • Ensuring program objectives are met through the project lifecycle • Prepare and facilitate executive level discussions • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Services • Be responsible for growing existing clients • Drive sales through participation in new client selling opportunities • Play a key role in the mentoring and training of junior professionals • Providing Industry specific insights and guidance in the area of ERP and Supply Chain

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with 10+ years of Oracle or similar technology • At least 2 years of oversight and/or management of a technology implementation programs • At least 7 years of experience working within a Financial Services Industry vertical • Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent business consulting experience • Strong balance between technical and business skills • Proven project management skills • Demonstrated experience acting as the liaison between business and IT stakeholders • Ability to drive and facilitate meetings • Eagerness to mentor junior staff • Alignment with Peloton values
