📋 Description

• Design and oversee creative delivery using agentic and nodal workflows, connecting insights, concepts, copy, imagery, and video into scalable creative systems for enterprise clients • Work with Creative Producers and Creative Strategists to understand client challenges and translate them into GenAI-enabled creative solutions for brands across global markets, particularly EU and US • Develop and implement custom agents and structured workflows that automate repeatable creative tasks • Lead and guide GenAI Designers, Creators, and Art Directors through insight development, concept creation, copywriting, image and video generation, and final creative assembly • Act as a GenAI and Pencil platform expert in client discussions, explaining capabilities and managing expectations • Collaborate with distributed creative teams across EU and Asia time zones • Share workflows, techniques, and learnings with internal teams through walkthroughs, demos, documentation, and recordings • Work with Education, Customer Success, and Sales teams to support adoption of GenAI workflows and the Pencil platform • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test new GenAI features, workflows, and agents and provide structured feedback • Intervene directly in creative execution when necessary by refining outputs, improving prompts, or adjusting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in advertising creative development, ideally working with global enterprise brands in EU or US markets • Strong background as a Creative Director or Art Director in advertising, with proven ability to translate strategy into compelling creative work • Hands-on experience using GenAI tools for advertising production, including image, video, and copy generation (e.g. Firefly, Imagen, Nano Banana) • Experience designing or working with agentic workflows, automation systems, or nodal creative workflows (e.g. Weavy, ComfyUI) • Strong understanding of how to connect insights, data, and audience understanding to creative outputs • Experience leading distributed creative teams and managing projects across multiple time zones • Comfortable presenting ideas and capabilities to clients, and acting as a trusted creative and technology advisor • Strong collaboration skills when working with product, engineering, training, and customer success teams • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and modern creative production tools • Excellent written and spoken English • A collaborative and open mindset, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and improving creative workflows across the team • Portfolio showcase required
