Headquartered in Alameda, California, Penumbra has over 4,500 employees worldwide and generated revenues of approximately $1.2 billion in 2024. • We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular, based in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, or Piedmont, to lead marketing efforts across Italy and Switzerland, translating EMEA-wide strategies into meaningful local impact. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of product launches, market positioning, and sales enablement – always with the local customer in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent beneficial  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales within the medical devices industry, with a strong focus on neurovascular therapies  • Alternatively, candidates with a neurovascular field background (e.g. in sales or clinical specialist roles) who bring in-depth market knowledge, established customer networks, and strong motivation to grow into a marketing role are also welcome  • Established network and solid knowledge of NV customers and KOLs; proven experience in KOL management  • Commercial and strategic mindset with strong business acumen  • Strong interest and passion for marketing, with a hunger to achieve and grow  • Fluent English (written and spoken); excellent communication and negotiation skills  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable and proactive  • Willingness to travel extensively (3-4 days/week) within the assigned region  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
