• University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in the **Peripheral Vascular and/or Cardiology **field within the MedTech industry. • Proven leadership experience, including management of direct teams and ideally indirect networks (agents/distributors). • Demonstrated track record in strategic product introduction and market development. • Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, combined with independent execution and structured communication. • A hands-on leadership style – combining strategic oversight with active field presence and operational engagement. • Recognized leadership maturity: coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, showing resilience, and demonstrating composure under pressure. • Fluent in Italian and English.
