📋 Description
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports • Build and maintain data models that are reliable and well-structured • Write DAX measures and Power Query transformations • Ensure all BI outputs meet data quality and governance requirements • Work directly with stakeholders and communicate findings clearly • Support the maintenance of data quality across BI outputs • Investigate root causes and identify opportunities for data analysis
🎯 Requirements
• Able to build and maintain complex Power BI reports and dashboards • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, join, and manipulate data from relational databases without support • Able to translate business questions into a structured analytical approach • Comfortable working with large, messy, or poorly documented datasets • Communicates analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Understands data governance principles including data quality, access control, and documentation • Able to manage a backlog of competing requests • Investigates root causes rather than stopping at surface-level description
