📋 Description

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic and tactical integrated marketing plans to drive growth of NIR product lines. • Create and continuously refine/optimize value propositions, customer profiles, and go-to-market plans for each strategic product and target market. • Develop an understanding of external (customers) and internal (sales team) regional needs and translate those needs into solution roadmaps. • Lead marketing strategy and campaign execution for new product launches. • Develop and produce (copywriting) new content (brochures, articles, white papers, web pages, etc.) to support campaigns. • Deploy email, social media, and third‑party media campaigns to support strategic initiatives. • Create and execute manual and automated email nurturing campaigns to drive lead generation and acceleration. • Coordinate local-language translations to meet regional requirements. • Create SFDC campaigns, track and report on ROI/metrics. • Manage budgets in Allocadia or a similar system. • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of department activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications. • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or sciences (communication experience required if degree is in sciences). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel). • Basic knowledge of SEM, PPC, landing page best practices, Google Analytics and SFDC. • Strong project management skills and an adaptable, flexible attitude. • Team player, able to work across borders. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • General knowledge of NIR technology and/or the food industry is a plus.
