📋 Description
• Support supervision of Financial Planners across multiple regions • Ensure planners are supervised in line with the Group Competency Scheme • Participate in competency assessments, role plays and live observations • Provide feedback and coaching following observations and assessments • Support delivery of new entrant training and learning interventions • Work with Regional Managers and Principals to support progression to CAS and beyond • Analyse KPIs and identify development opportunities • Promote a client-centric culture and share best practice
🎯 Requirements
• Level 4 Diploma qualified or close to completion • Experience within Financial Services • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Interest in coaching and developing others • Flexibility to travel when required • Knowledge of FCA Training & Competence requirements (desirable) • Previous mentoring or coaching experience (desirable) • J07, AF6 or H15 qualifications (desirable)
