📋 Description

• Lead district stores to achieve sales and profit goals • Analyze and monitor sales and expense figures • Visit all district stores regularly • Recruit, train, and develop store management • Provide counsel to store managers • Monitor and ensure compliance with Asset Protection programs • Conduct regular audits and inventory counts

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to provide leadership and guidance to stores • Experience developing and implementing plans, policies and procedures • Conduct regular store inspections • Ability to train and develop Store Management • Focus on customer service and ensure all associates are properly trained • Ability to conduct audits and track trends • Knowledge of company directed Shrink reduction initiatives • Coordinate store openings and remodels • Adhere to established safety procedures • Perform employee performance evaluations and merit increase recommendations • Supervise and develop store personnel
