📋 Description

• PetroApp is seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and development process. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. • If you have a strong background in product management, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional products, we want to hear from you! • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs. • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic priorities and customer feedback. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product specifications, and ensure successful product development and launch. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements. • Coordinate product launches, including marketing campaigns and user training. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to drive innovation and maintain PetroApp's competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product owner, preferably in the software industry. • Proven track record of successfully leading and launching products. • Strategic mindset with the ability to define and execute product strategy. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Proficiency in product management tools and software. • Passion for delivering exceptional products and creating a positive user experience. • Previous experience in vehicle management or payment solutions is a plus.
