• PetroApp, a prominent leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to enhance our engineering team. • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing software development processes, managing engineering projects, and mentoring a team of skilled software engineers. • Your leadership will guide the team in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product goals and technical execution. • If you are an experienced manager with a passion for software engineering and a commitment to team success, we want to hear from you!

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. • Proficient understanding of software development practices. • Proficiency in PHP • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL • Experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) • Proven track record in guiding software development teams • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing engineering teams. • Can assist the teams with software architecture and system design. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts. • Experience with Agile development practices and tools. • Familiarity with automotive industry practices and technologies is a plus.
