📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team across both the Neuroscience and Cardiovascular portfolios. • Hire, coach, develop, and manage 9–12 representatives. • Develop and implement strategic area business plans aligned to national and regional priorities. • Build and maintain relationships with customers including KOLs, hospitals, and managed care organizations. • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Pfizer policy requirements. • Collaborate with Marketing to shape key strategies and business imperatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 6+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a demonstrated leadership role across peer and customer groups. • Experience engaging key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations preferred. • Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving record in compliance with company standards; any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the past 7 years is disqualifying. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and create meaningful business impact.
