📋 Description

• Drive sales in the assigned territory • Engage customers face to face and virtually • Develop and implement business and territory call plans • Identify and implement live and virtual customer engagement strategies • Build rapport and relationships with customers across live and virtual environments • Use digital tools to maintain customer engagement • Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities • Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations • Use approved disease-state information and patient resources compliantly • Collaborate across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives • Complete administrative expectations on time and compliantly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activity, small business ownership/entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, full-time military experience, or related areas • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory • Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards • Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies hiring • Permanent work authorization in the United States • Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer • U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future • Preferred: 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales and/or medical-related marketing experience • Preferred: strong sales or marketing success, territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, accountability, disease-state/therapeutic-area/product knowledge, and knowledge of territory customers and markets • Preferred: residence within the territory boundaries
