📋 Description

• Achievement of sales/volume targets for defined products • Identification of influencing factors in the defined market • Prioritization of Pfizer's opportunities for sustainable growth • Identification of relevant customers and drivers of prescribing decisions • Development and expansion of networks/accounts within the portfolio • Promoting customer adoption and connectivity with new digital offerings and platforms (omnichannel)

🎯 Requirements

• Required professional qualification under §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz) or a degree in a natural science • Professional experience in a comparable position • Solid knowledge in the rare disease therapeutic area and experience in building care/healthcare structures are an advantage • Excellent communication skills • Sound knowledge of the healthcare system and the ability to develop, establish, and maintain business relationships • Ability to identify and build networks • High degree of entrepreneurial spirit and personal responsibility • Experience in analyzing complex situations • Strong analytical skills related to customers, care structures, and indications • Understanding of and adaptability to the changing local environment of customer structures
