• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic acquisitions for Pharmacy2U • Identify high-quality opportunities and evaluate strategic fit • Structure deals and drive transactions to completion • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and risk mitigation into integration workstreams • Work with Executive and Strategy teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritise acquisition opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with potential targets and industry stakeholders • Lead financial, commercial, operational, and legal due diligence across multiple workstreams • Develop optimal transaction structures covering valuation, consideration mechanisms, and payment terms • Act as the central coordination point across internal functions • Own the end-to-end transaction process and ensure milestones are achieved
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end M&A transactions in a corporate, private equity, or top-tier advisory environment. • Strong financial and commercial acumen with hands-on experience in valuation, modelling, structuring, and negotiations. • Deep knowledge of due diligence processes and the ability to coordinate multiple advisors and internal teams. • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives and Boards. • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues clearly and succinctly. • Professional qualifications such as ACA or MBA. • Experience in healthcare, technology-enabled services, or regulated sectors. • Previous exposure to integration planning or execution.
