📋 Description

• Own product release communications, launches, and ongoing promotion to drive growth, awareness, and adoption of new features. • Create enablement materials including demo scripts, product demos, pitch decks, and training guides. • Serve as a communication bridge to customers, delivering updates, training, and educational materials. • Stay ahead of trends and competitors to provide insights that influence product positioning and sales strategies. • Be the go-to resource internally for product knowledge, customer use cases, and market insights. • Help increase product adoption of new releases/features and improve conversion rates. • Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, enablement, or sales (preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions) at a SaaS company. • Proven ability to translate complex product features into compelling, customer-facing narratives and materials. • Strong presentation skills with experience developing and delivering demos, decks, and training content. • Familiarity with competitive research, go-to-market strategies, and analyst engagement. • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
