📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover business goals, technical requirements, and solution constraints, translating client challenges into scalable, production-ready Data & AI architectures. • Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout client engagements. • Provide recommendations on architecture, tooling, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs. • Develop architecture diagrams, design documentation, implementation plans, and technical standards. • Lead and own delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions from architecture through production deployment. • Guide engineering teams through implementation, identify technical risks, and remove delivery blockers. • Leverage AI across the software delivery lifecycle to improve solution design, engineering productivity, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and client outcomes. • Guide clients on practical AI adoption. • Mentor engineers through architectural guidance, technical coaching, and design reviews. • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and technical enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or related consulting roles. • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions into production within cloud environments. • Demonstrated experience delivering with AI and leveraging modern AI technologies throughout the software delivery lifecycle. • Strong consulting experience leading technical discovery, solution architecture, and client-facing engagements. • Hands-on experience with many of Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. • Hands-on experience with data engineering technologies including Python, SQL, Java and/or Scala, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar. • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and monitoring. • Experience incorporating enterprise AI technologies and frameworks such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Snowflake Cortex AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or LangGraph. • Comfortable operating in distributed, global teams and partnering across time zones. • Preferred: Industry certifications across Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, and/or Databricks. • Preferred: Contributions to technical communities through speaking, writing, open source, or internal enablement.
