⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience ⢠5+ years of experience in a technical, clinical, customer success, professional services, or sales environment ⢠Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and customer-facing operations ⢠Proven leadership managing large-scale professional services, customer success, implementation, or project delivery organizations ⢠Experience leading multiple teams while delivering strategic business objectives in complex, customer-focused environments ⢠Strong program and project management expertise, including complex customer implementations, resource planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication ⢠Experience collaborating across engineering, product management, commercial, and operations teams highly preferred ⢠Ability to build and maintain executive customer relationships through proactive engagement, customer advocacy, and strategic issue resolution ⢠Proven success managing high-priority escalations while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction ⢠Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills ⢠Experience managing budgets, profitability, resource utilization, performance metrics, talent development, succession planning, and high-performing teams ⢠Excellent communication and influencing skills across global, matrixed organizations ⢠Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for the clinical position, with or without accommodation ⢠Must have US work authorization; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered ⢠Must reside in or within commuting distance to Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Kentucky, or Minnesota ⢠Must reside in a city within the territory holding the majority of the customer base ⢠Must be located within one hour's drive of a major, non-regional airport
