📋 Description
• Promote Philips Healthcare (PH) solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows • Support new product launches • Provide required applications report on completion of all application visits • Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered • (Re-)Train hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and/or versions in the operating procedures of the equipment • Set up application training schedules in close cooperation with the customer • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and customer satisfaction • Report to BU on difficulties in optimal usage of the equipment
🎯 Requirements
• Degree level education or equivalent • In-depth knowledge and experience of Monitoring products • A knowledge of ECG systems including ECG machines would be advantageous • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical field using monitoring devices • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language • Experience/Qualification in Teaching/Training
