• Responsible for coordinating and implementing application configuration and user training • Provide product commercialization and trade show support • Conduct product demos and handle call escalations • Integrate system workflows • Collaborate in project teams to configure clinical workflows • Document as-built workflows and facilitate handover to service support • Develop and execute training programs for clinical users • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for solution’s go-live • Own resolution of defects related to clinical UI and workflows • Mentor customers in system maintenance
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or vocational education and 4+ years of relevant experience • Experience in a radiology department with a good understanding of radiology workflows • Experience with PACS • Radiographer license or PACS administrator experience (ideally) • Proficient with MS Office Products • Experience with application training and/or consulting • Fluent level of English with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Motivated team player with adaptability and great interpersonal skills • Driving license with flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time) • Flexibility to travel to additional locations across Europe as required.
