📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted technical leader for major healthcare accounts • Proactively manage system performance • Strengthen stakeholder relationships • Drive stability, innovation, and long-term customer success across Philips’ managed services solutions • Serve as a single point of contact to ensure systems are healthy and operational • Provide regular updates on solution performance • Monitor trends in case management • Engage with customer support to drive resolution of escalated customer issues • Plan and implement large software installations or manage systems after installation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in complex health system IT environments • 3+ years’ experience in consultative, post-sales enterprise solutions using client/server architecture • Additional experience supporting clinical and/or health care applications is a plus • 3+ years’ experience planning and implementing large software installations or managing them after installation • Extensive knowledge of medical imaging systems • Knowledge of DICOM • Knowledge of HL7 messaging standards • Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation • US work authorization is required; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered
