📋 Description
• Program, operate, and optimize Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) machines. • Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams on part development and qualification. • Lead root-cause investigations into any build failures or anomalies. • Write and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and reports. • Train and mentor technicians on LPBF equipment operation and best practices. • Provide on-site support for machine commissioning and customer ramp-up.
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on industrial experience with EOS and other advanced manufacturing systems. • Strong understanding of metallurgical principles, especially as they relate to welding and additive. • Experience with CAD/CAM software: Siemens NX, Mastercam, SculptPrint and WAMSoft is plus.
