📋 Description

• Own copy delivery across assigned accounts, from interpreting briefs through final QA on production and market localisation • Translate creative briefs, audience insights and testing hypotheses into clear, conversion-focused copy • Write app store metadata, screenshot captions, in-app events, promotional content, storyboards and CRM campaigns • Build knowledge of client brands, products, features and audiences • Adapt confidently across brand voices, formats and markets while preserving brand identity • Partner with designers to align copy and visuals toward shared objectives • Write English source copy that translates well and adapt messaging for English-speaking markets • Use creative testing and performance results to shape recommendations and develop new ideas • Present and explain creative rationale alongside the Creative Lead • Brief, guide and review freelance copywriters as needed • Apply client feedback, brand preferences and prior learnings to new work • Perform copy QA and proofreading, including final design checks for accuracy, localisation and consistency • Plan workload and capacity and flag risks early • Use AI tools thoughtfully and critically edit their output

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level English copywriting ability, with excellent grammar, editorial skills and exceptional attention to detail • Proven experience in a senior copywriting role, writing compelling digital copy across different formats and brands • Strategic and commercial thinking, with ability to identify the real user benefit in a brief and explain why copy will work • Strong portfolio showing range across brand voices and clear, benefit-led messaging • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with ownership of quality, priorities and delivery • Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with designers and strategists and respond constructively to feedback • Confident communication with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels • Experience in a creative or digital agency, ideally in mobile, performance or growth marketing • Experience with ASO, SEO, UX or performance copywriting is a plus, but not essential • Curiosity about products, audiences and the data behind them
