📋 Description

• Support the delivery of projects by providing coordination and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare project kick-off materials, including presentations and supporting documentation. • Attend project meetings, take detailed notes and distribute meeting summaries and actions. • Work closely with Project Managers to support project delivery and governance activities. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of project documentation and compliance requirements. • Act as an additional point of contact for customers, supporting communication and issue resolution. • Escalate project risks, issues and concerns where appropriate. • Support resource coordination activities, helping allocate consultants to projects. • Create and maintain collaboration spaces using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of project plans and delivery schedules. • Support effective communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders. • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing project coordination or project support, ideally within an IT services environment. • Experience supporting project documentation, meetings and stakeholder communications. • Strong administration and organisational experience. • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or other collaboration tools desirable.
