• Experience leading SaaS products end-to-end, from 0→1 launches to scaling and iteration. • Strong track record working with data, engineering, business, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impact. • A user-first mindset with deep care for experience design and problem-solving. • Ability to leverage data and metrics to guide decisions, prioritize effectively, and optimize outcomes. • Comfort working in fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environments. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build alignment across stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a mindset of continuous improvement. • Solid understanding of AI and GenAI fundamentals with proven experience using GenAI tools and building or working with AI agents for problem-solving user experiences and automating workflows. • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
