📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector. • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with government regulations. • Manage project resources to meet contractual obligations. • Manage the full life cycle of IT projects including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation. • Design project plans with tasks and milestones based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. • Utilize Agile methodologies to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects. • Define project scope and schedule, breaking down large projects into manageable sequences. • Plan, manage, lead, coordinate, budget, and execute large-scale and complex projects similar to PWS. • Present material to senior Government officials and communicate with internal and external teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c). • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification. • HS Diploma/GED • Seven (7)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology as a Project Manager. • Strong technical understanding of Information Technology, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services. • Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials. • Ability to interact and communicate with key managers and functional experts including internal service delivery teams, client project teams, external service provider project teams. • Demonstrated experience in executing, monitoring, and managing projects to successful, high- quality and on-budget completion.
