• In this role you will advise our clients at the highest level and act as a key interface between clients and our internal expert teams. • Your focus is on optimizing digital processes and using tools efficiently to drive growth and innovation. • Develop and implement tailored growth strategies in the areas of digital marketing and technology. • Work directly with our clients to achieve their strategic goals and secure sustainable results. • Facilitate and lead workshops and growth sessions to make complex topics understandable and to develop practical solutions. • Optimize processes through targeted use of digital tools and AI solutions. • Utilize and integrate AI tools such as GPT and no-code tools like Zapier and Airtable for automation and process optimization. • Use tools such as Miro, Figma, HubSpot and ClickUp to enable efficient collaboration and provide a seamless client experience. • Produce detailed reports and actionable recommendations based on solid data analysis. • Ensure that all measures are executed efficiently and with a customer-centric focus.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a strategic role within the digital domain, ideally in marketing or technology. • Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration). • Deep expertise in digital marketing (e.g., performance marketing, content strategy) and/or technology (e.g., digital transformation, IT architecture, AI-based solutions). • Fluent German and strong English skills. • Proven experience working with HubSpot and other CRM systems. • Deep understanding of and practical experience with AI tools, no-code solutions and project management tools such as Miro, ClickUp, JIRA, GSuite and Figma. • Technical know-how: solid knowledge of SQL and database structures; programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python or PHP. • Experience as a developer is a strong plus. • Excellent organizational skills and absolute reliability – you meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality work. • Demonstrable success in facilitating workshops and conveying complex topics. • Security clearance and references are required to verify reliability and trustworthiness.
