📋 Description

• Build AI workflows, scripts and automations across careers site changes, bulk data jobs and onboarding • Solve technical problems blocking customer-facing teams, including API and integration work, data migrations and platform configuration • Understand platform behavior and identify underlying fixes • Turn recurring customer friction into product feedback for product squads • Act as technical partner with customers, their IT teams and talent teams • Collaborate with the first Senior Technical Success Engineer to establish team practices • Make careers site changes and fix custom application forms, tracking pixels, HTML/CSS tweaks and embeds • Execute bulk data jobs through the API, including mass updates, retagging, cleanups and exports • Set up and debug SSO, job board feeds, HRIS/onboarding handoffs, calendars, APIs and webhooks • Perform ATS data migrations by mapping fields, cleaning exports and importing data • Resolve complex escalations such as failed emails, silent sync failures and unexpected configurations • Report to the Head of Technical Success inside R&D and partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Hands on technical work for customers: integrations, data, configuration and debugging, ideally at a B2B SaaS company • Something you've built with AI and still rely on: a workflow, agent or automation that took real work off your plate • Working code in Python, JavaScript or similar, enough to write and debug scripts that call an API, move or clean data, or automate a task • Understanding of what's going on underneath any no code tool used • Sound judgment about AI, including knowing when it's confidently wrong and when not to use it • Comfort with ambiguity and a habit of figuring things out rather than waiting for a specification • Ease in front of a customer as well as under the hood • Motivation to solve customers' technical problems after the sale, rather than to carry a number • Bonus: background in technical support or support engineering where you outgrew the ticket queue and started building your way out of it • Ability to work 9 to 5 in own time zone • Based in the UK, Spain, Portugal or Poland
