📋 Description

• Lead on development in every area of our stack, from prototyping through to deployment and maintenance • Develop and deploy beautiful, intuitive products that help people live more sustainable lives • Write secure and highly readable code that requires minimal documentation • Proactively overcome challenges, squash bugs and hit shipping deadlines • Collaborate with senior team members including the CTO and CEO

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience of front-end development, ideally with React or related JS-based frameworks • Experience of back-end development, in particular working with Django and Django Rest Framework • Ability to develop and deploy code in containers (we use Docker) • The basics (e.g. git version control, test-writing, hatred of hacky/unreadable code) • A self-starting mindset, able to work in a small, highly-focused development team • Ability to work collaboratively with other developers, designers and senior product owners to turn ideas into deployable code • A collaborative and communicative working style • Ambition to drive forward a new business • Passion for Pinwheel’s mission
