📋 Description

• Define product visions, strategies, and roadmaps for insurance and financial services clients • Analyze underwriting, claims, pricing, and distribution processes to identify AI and technology opportunities • Translate business needs into AI use cases, product concepts, and business cases • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical and AI development projects from discovery and validation through MVP and rollout • Act as Product Owner or Product Lead for engineering, data, and AI teams • Define scope, requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria • Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets • Advise senior stakeholders and C-level executives • Lead workshops, strategic discussions, and executive presentations • Support UK pre-sales and business development through proposals, pitches, and follow-on opportunities • Help build the UK team and strengthen its market presence • Mentor consultants and share insurance domain expertise across Impact Studios

🎯 Requirements

• Industry expertise in Insurance and Financial Services • Product strategy skills • Understanding of technology, AI, and product development • Experience defining product visions, strategies, and roadmaps • Experience analyzing underwriting, claims, pricing, and distribution processes • Ability to translate business needs into AI use cases, product concepts, and business cases • Experience leading end-to-end technical and AI development projects from discovery through MVP and rollout • Product Owner or Product Lead experience • Ability to define scope, requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria • Experience managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and budgets • Ability to advise senior stakeholders and C-level executives • Experience leading workshops, strategic discussions, and executive presentations • Experience supporting pre-sales and business development activities • Ability to mentor consultants and share insurance domain expertise • Ownership and accountability for outcomes • Strategic thinking and attention to detail • Commercial mindset • Entrepreneurial spirit • Pragmatism and focus on measurable impact • Leadership, influence, mentoring, and facilitation skills • Adaptability across industries, stakeholders, and changing environments
