• You will assume overall responsibility for our finance function—both functionally and personnel-wise. • You will lead a small, motivated team and drive its targeted development. • Budget planning, liquidity management, forecasts— all financial threads converge with you. • You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB — German GAAP / IFRS) and provide professional reporting for management, investors and external partners. • You will continuously develop and optimize controlling instruments and processes with the aim of improving transparency, efficiency and controllability. • With solid financial analyses you will support management in strategic decisions and deliver reliable decision-making foundations. • You will analyze existing processes, rethink them and drive the digitalization of the finance function—always with a clear focus on efficiency and scalability. • You will ensure that all tax and legal requirements are met—precisely, proactively and in close coordination with relevant parties. • You will actively contribute, ask the right questions and provide well-founded decision-making materials.
• A degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration provides your technical foundation. • Strong accounting expertise (HGB, ideally IFRS) is a given. • You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an SME or a dynamically growing company. • Leading a team for you means communication, motivation and development—not just organization. • You embody a modern, collaborative leadership culture. • You are proficient with modern finance tools (DATEV) and ERP systems and can identify where digital solutions create real added value. • You drive tasks forward independently, work in a structured manner and take responsibility with high quality standards. • You think strategically, act pragmatically and remain calm and focused even in complex situations. • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, enable you to communicate confidently and clearly—internally and externally. • You are comfortable working with auditors, tax advisors, investors and other external partners and present yourself professionally.
