📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and foster strong, lasting relationships • Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and achieve revenue targets and objectives • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction • Serve as a trusted advisor by optimizing clients’ operations with gaming solutions and promotional offerings • Coordinate timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives • Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing insights into customer activities and achievements • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships across all levels • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars • Uphold and promote the company’s core values

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector • Proficiency in English • Strong understanding of the gambling industry, including Italian markets • Strong Italian language skills • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels • Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to specific needs • Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred • Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively • Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving • CV must be submitted in English • Candidates cannot be located in the US, Canada, or Australia
