📋 Description

‱ Monitor and interpret gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions. ‱ Support licensing activities, audits, regulatory filings, and reporting. ‱ Coordinate responses to regulators and maintain compliance records. ‱ Advise internal teams on compliance obligations and regulatory requirements. ‱ Lead and maintain the company’s data protection framework and GDPR compliance. ‱ Improve privacy processes, policies, and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Experience in iGaming regulatory compliance, ideally within B2B gaming, operators, legal, or advisory environments. ‱ Strong knowledge of gambling regulations across markets such as the UK, Greece, Sweden, Peru, Gibraltar, Romania, Ontario, and the Isle of Man. ‱ Experience with licensing, audits, regulatory reporting, and regulator communications. ‱ Understanding of GDPR and other privacy laws. ‱ Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ‱ Ability to interpret regulatory changes and turn them into practical actions. ‱ Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in international teams. ‱ Nice to have: Experience with market entry projects and compliance gap analysis. ‱ Hands-on data privacy management experience (DPIAs, RoPA, data mapping, retention policies). ‱ Relevant legal, compliance, or privacy certifications.
