📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines between HubSpot, Zuora, Vitally, and BigQuery • Own reverse ETL flows that push warehouse-enriched or warehouse-defined data back into operational tools • Implement and maintain data contracts with ownership, SLAs, and schema agreements • Partner with RevOps and BAT teams to translate operational data requirements into governed pipelines • Build monitoring and alerting for data quality issues • Centralise data flows through the warehouse and reduce point-to-point integrations • Work with Analytics Engineers to make pipeline outputs structured, documented, and modelling-ready • Engage tool owners and engineering teams to improve upstream data quality and schema discipline • Support the data side of a HubSpot reimplementation project • Collaborate with Data Platform, Analytics Engineering, and GTM teams on commercial analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining production data pipelines in a commercial or GTM data environment • Strong understanding of CRM data models, APIs, and field management; HubSpot or comparable experience • Hands-on experience with reverse ETL patterns • Extensive BigQuery experience • Experience implementing data contracts in a production environment • Python proficiency for pipeline development, transformation logic, and tooling • Git-based workflows and CI/CD experience for data engineering code • Experience operating within a SaaS organisation and collaborating closely with GTM teams • Physically based in the selected country with a valid right to work • English-language application and ability to use English at work • No visa sponsorship available
