📋 Description

• Build a design system for Plutus products across web and mobile experiences • Build foundations, components, and patterns in Figma • Create a Figma library the team trusts and reuses • Make the admin design system robust enough for real product screens to use by default • Document the design system clearly for engineers • Deliver documentation and handoff to ensure design consistency and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping design systems for SaaS or B2B products • Strong Figma skills: real components, variants, and bound variables, not just visually consistent screens • Comfortable working directly with engineers • Understanding of accessibility basics • A portfolio of real, shipped, live products, not personal or concept work • Experience with multi-platform or React Native design systems (nice to have) • Experience with data-heavy dashboards (nice to have) • Experience taking design tokens into code (nice to have) • Experience migrating a product off a legacy UI kit (nice to have) • Portfolio with live, shipped examples of design systems or product UI built • Note on availability alongside other current work or clients
